This house was so fun to spend a day in, especially because the owners were fostering two kittens at the time. I love when pets make an appearance in the photos. :)
McCray & Co turned this house into a home with their selections, adding warmth to an otherwise stark modern space. They also designed multiple pieces of custom furniture - a kitchen cart, dining room bench with recycled upholstery, floating bedside tables, and a huge custom desk and shelving for the office. The casita behind the house got a custom queen-sized bunk bed and floating two-person table to maximize the space for out-of-town guests. All beautiful.
I was lucky to spend a day photographing this beautiful, open, white kitchen in Bee Cave. I crawled on top of their saratoga quartzite counter tops, so I can attest to how gorgeous they are up close; from the cedar soffit hangs delicate, edison bulb inspired pendants that are a clean, modern take; concrete floors throughout. A fireplace, open on both sides, divides the living space from the large kitchen island.
The master bathroom has dual sinks and a charcoal tile wall opposite a free standing tub with cedar accent wall that separates the bathroom from the walk-in shower.
